• Temporary staffing. We gather candidates in our pool of health care professionals. They will only be hired when the need arises.
• Long-term contract staffing. Comparable to temporary staffing, long-term contract assignments enable you to hire candidates for longer time periods, studies and other temporary projects.
• Temporary-to-hire staffing. This enables you to work with a candidate on a temporary basis before you make a commitment to hire him/her as a regular employee. You'll be able to make sure they will be a good fit for your team, as well as to assess how they perform on the job and not just during the interview. Through the introductory period, the employee remains on our payroll, giving you flexibility and protection that you normally won't have as an option if you were to hire directly.
• Direct-hire staffing. We put our medical staffing consultants to work when you choose to hire directly. First, we evaluate your needs and then use a careful screening process to search for the right member to join your staff. You will only be billed when you've decided which of the candidates to hire. Additionally, the candidates are backed by exclusive placement guarantees - a part of the service which you can't take advantage of when hiring based on an advertisement.
