We have home health aides who work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. A care plan serves as the point of reference in providing care to our client. They are informed and trained to follow the safety codes of home health care. Our home health aides have the following duties:

• Keeping a safe environment for the client
• Personal care such as bathing, grooming and dressing
• Take notes on observation of client’s health and reports it to the Registered Nurse
• Monitor and manage medication
• Assistance in light exercises
